Wolf Creek Road Campground is one of the larger dispersed campgrounds in the Prescott Basin area, but is still a small campground with only 12 campsites. This campground is just outside of the town or Prescott, and is near the developed Lower Wolf Creek Campground.

The 12 campsites at Wolf Creek Road Campground are big, spacious campsites under the shade of ponderosa pines. Half of the campsites at Wolf Creek Road Campground are RV accessible, but offer no RV-amenities like hookups. All of the campsites have a fire ring and a post to mark the designated campsites. All trash must be packed out. There is no fee for camping at this campground. Supplies can found nearby in Prescott.

The campsites are technically open all year, but beware the area does get snow in the winter.
