Union Creek Campground Campground Bottom Line

There are some pretty awesome campsites at Union Creek Campground. In fact, Union Creek Campground is pretty much the only campground that we have seen and can say that most of the campsites are pretty great. Many of the campsites are down along the creek, and most of the campsites are large with great separation between sites.

The Rogue Gorge and Natural Bridge are must visit if you camp at Union Creek Campground. Also, you are within quick driving distance of Crater Lake National Park, which makes for a great day trip.

The bottom line on Union Creek Campground is go in mid-May or early June. The campground is never really busy, but the bugs in this area can get pretty bad in the evenings. go in Winter or Fall as the weather will still be nice, and their will be less crowds. Also in Fall the leaves in the area will be turning colors, which is amazing looking.
